Terms and Services / Privacy Policy:

The Terms and Services below are in effect once services from Twice As Nice are rendered.

By conducting business with us, you are agreeing to adhere to the following:

Event Quotes & Payment:

  • Orders can be placed through a variety of methods, including through the website, phone, text, and email.

  • By requesting a quote, you agree to the privacy policy listed under the “Privacy Policy” section.

  • Quotes will be delivered in US Dollars and are subject to change based on event size, location, and overall market conditions.

  • Once an initial quote is reviewed and accepted, half of the initial payment will be due upfront, with the other half due three (3) days prior to the scheduled event.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, & Zelle.

  • Failure to pay the remaining half of the agreed-upon amount will result in cancellation of services for the event and forfeiture of the initial half payment.

Cancellations/Refunds:

  • Cancellations can be made within one (1) business day after the finalization and acceptance of a quote (with full refund of the first half of payment).

  • Cancellations made after one (1) business day are subject to a processing fee of $100.

  • Cancellations made within less than one (1) week of the scheduled event will not be afforded a refund of the initial half payment, alongside the processing fee of $100.

  • This is due to prior needed preparation & materials costs.

  • Alterations (to event size, location, etc.) can be made up to a week prior to the scheduled date of the event, subject to changes in overall pricing structure.

Event Address:

  • Two days prior, and the day of your event, we will be reaching out to get final confirmation of the event address and any other final details. It is the responsibility of the interested party to confirm that the event address is correct.

    • In the event that we arrive to the location and the address in incorrect, we will attempt to reach out one final time to confirm details. If we are unable to get in contact we allow a 15-minute grace period to reach back out to us.

      • Failure to reach out during this grace period will result in the cancellation of our services for the event and forfeiture of the initial and final deposit. This is due to the extensive preparations that have to be made prior to the event.

    • Any changes (to event size, location, package selection, etc.) has to be communicated to us, subject to the restrictions noted in the “Cancellations/Refund” section of this policy.

Photography:

  • All photographic images and videos taken during the event will remain the sole property of Twice As Nice Coffee and Tea, LLC and will be utilized for promotional purposes. You must let us know ahead of time (or during the event itself) if you do not want your likeness (or that of an organization) to be utilized for these purposes.

Liability:

  • Prior to any scheduled event, we will always ask if any attending party or individual suffers from common food allergens/sensitivities.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the interested party (the “customer”) to inform us of said allergens/sensitivities, as we will take any reasonable precautions to ensure no one in the event is exposed.

  • We are not liable for any damages arising due to not disclosing said allergens/sensitivities to us in advance.

With regards to drink preparation:

  • The milk we serve will not exceed 145°F (approx. 62°C) to prevent any serious burns from occurring.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service (during the scheduled event) to any and all customers who engage in disorderly conduct directed either towards Twice As Nice Coffee and Tea, LLC staff, or to other event guests.

Privacy Policy:

Types of Information We Collect:

  • Name, email address, payment details, and phone number.

    • This information is collected for the sole purpose of conducting business. It is never shared nor sold to any third party, unless required by law.

  • How Your Information Is Utilized:

    • To process details regarding events

    • Reach out to you regarding said events

    • To comply with any and all county, state, and federal laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any given time, with or without prior notice.

Once posted, changes will be effective immediately.
